Student Union

The Student Union is an elected group of students. Their role includes being the voice for students within the College. Students attend student parliament meetings, organise social events such as movie nights and charity events, issue NUS Extra Cards and work closely with the student governors.

For a timetable of when NUS Extra cards are issued and what you need to purchase one please go to the help desk in the Nuneaton Refectory or in the Hinckley Student Centre.

For more information on how you can become part of the Student Union ask one of the College Youth Workers or Student Mentors. The team can also advise you on the benefits of NUS cards or you can visit www.nus.org.uk

In addition, we annually recruit a group of Learner Involvement Volunteers who work closely with the Student Union to ensure that students have a voice in College. These volunteers play an active part in the College Community both inside and outside the College.
