Information, advice and guidance

We offer an appointment and drop-in service during the day and an appointment service in the evenings during term time.

When you are ready to apply for a full-time course, your application will be dealt with by our friendly Customer Service Team who will ensure it receives prompt and expert attention.

Guidance Team

Part of our Customer Service Team includes a specialised Guidance Team which offers impartial advice and guidance on a range of issues including:

-          Pre-entry advice and guidance

-          Higher Education

-          Resource information

-          Careers/employment choices

-          Careers library

Based within Customer Services, the Guidance Team are qualified in careers guidance and offer one-to-one and group work support to any student at the College. Help can be provided with education, employment and training needs as well as personal and social issues. Every effort is made to help those students that need it the most and the service is strictly confidential.
