Apprenticeship open event
Wednesday 4th October 2017
North Warwickshire & Hinckley College’s upcoming open event is the perfect chance for employers and individuals to find out about Apprenticeships.
The event takes place at the Nuneaton Campus on Wednesday 11 October from 5.00pm to 8.00pm.
As well as full-time and part-time courses available, visitors will have the chance to find out about Apprenticeships, including their benefits, what’s available, and how to apply.
Debbie Scotton, Business Development Manager at the College said: “Now is the time that many year 11s will start to think what they want to do when they finish school. This event is the ideal opportunity to scope out all of the options available to them. Apprenticeships are a great route for those who are passionate about getting into work, earning a wage and making a real impact in the workplace. Contrary to popular belief they are also a great route into university-level study.
“It’s important to bear in mind that there is no age limit for Apprentices – they are also a great training option for those who are looking to progress their career or change direction completely. We welcome all age groups to come and discover more.
“We’d also encourage any businesses looking to employ Apprentices to come along. Our Business Development Team can offer support with the new reforms, advice on funding available and how we can help them to recruit new staff and upskill current employees via Apprenticeship training.
“Our current Apprenticeship offer includes:
- Business and Administration, Marketing and Management
- Health and Life Sciences
- Motor Vehicle
