IntroductionThe college provides music tuition to all members of the community wishing to learn to play a musical instrument. Tuition is on a one-to-one basis and we are happy to advise on a programme or devise something tailored to your needs. There is no upper age limit for tuition, all we ask is for an interest in developing your technical and musical skills and a commitment to practise each day. Parents of younger learners are welcome to sit in on lessons.
Study OutlineWe cater for a broad range of musical styles, from classical to jazz and rock. We provide tuition in a wide variety of instruments including: „X Voice (singing) „X Piano and keyboards „X Violin, viola, and cello „X Flute and clarinet „X Trumpet „X Guitar (classical, acoustic and electric) and bass guitar „X Drums and percussion
Entry RequirementsNA
EquipmentFor every lesson apart from Piano, keyboards and drums You will need to have access to a reliable instrument. For beginners, many musical instrument dealers offer very reasonable trial/hire arrangements for the first year of tuition. We are always happy to advise on the best option or instrument for you.
AttendanceMonday and Wednesday evenings from 16:00 onwards on both the Nuneaton and Hinckley campuses. 20 minutes x 10 weeks £107 30 minutes x 10 weeks £160 These are 10 week rolling programmes
