IntroductionThis qualification is ideal for those working in a health and social care setting.
Study OutlineThis qualification is designed for learners working in health and social care who want to develop an understanding of how to deliver effective customer service in line with customer expectations. This course will cover: The importance of teamwork. Effective communication Specific needs of customers who access health and social care services How adjustments can be made to ensure expectations can be met.
Entry RequirementsThe qualification is available for learners who are 19+ at the start of the academic year. There are no specific learning requirements but learners will need to demonstrate that they can fulfil the requirements of the awarding assessment criteria and comply with relevant literacy and numeracy aspects of the qualification.
EquipmentEach learner receives a set of high quality learner materials comprising of assessment booklets alongside knowledge and understanding books which are a valuable resource to keep for reference purposes.
AttendanceThis qualification is delivered over a period of 12 weeks.
AssessmentLearners receive the support of a dedicated assessor and complete Unit Assessments to demonstrate they have met the qualification learning aims and assessment criteria.
