Mode Of Provision
Whats more rewarding than making people feel great about themselves?
As part of these programmes you will not only develop your technical hairdressing and beauty therapy skills but also the personal and professional knowledge needed to work within a salon.
Examples of units you may cover include:
-Contribute to the planning and implementation of promotional activities
-Monitor procedures to safely control work operations
-Provide body electrical treatments
-Provide facial electrical treatments
-Provide body massage treatments
-Provide electrical epilation treatments
Entry can be from the Intermediate Apprenticeship, but you can also apply with an
alternative Level 2 beauty therapy qualification, practical experience in the industry or GCSEs (A*-C).
You will need to have the required materials and equipment in order to successfully complete this qualification. We advise that you purchase the specialised kit with us, order forms are provided upon a successful interview.
Four days per week in the workplace and one day per week at College.
Assessment will be in the workplace via assessments and in College.
You can go on to work full-time in a salon or even open your own business.
