IntroductionIntroduction This course will allow you to develop a range of basics skills within sewing and garment construction. You may have some sewing skills or no sewing skills, either way you are more then welcome to join sewing for beginners. We will be covering such things as; how to thread up a machine through to how to insert zips, and creating button holes.
Study OutlineStudy Outline During the course you will be shown the basics from how to thread up a sewing machine, to how to insert a zip. The course is tailor made to each individual attending therefore you may wish to advance your knowledge further by creating a simple garment.
Entry RequirementsNot Applicable
EquipmentSewing machines are provided by the College, however all fabrics, trimmings and components will have to be purchased by the individual. Your tutor will be able to advise your fabric selection if needed.
