Refunds

Refunds will only be made if the College cancels the course, it is over subscribed or after an investigation from a complaint is found to be successful and agreed by the College. In these circumstances the College will make a full refund and no administration fee will be charged. Where learners wish to make a refund claim in exceptional circumstances they must write to the Assistant Principal, Finance & Risk Management. Any claims accepted will be subject to an administration fee of £10.
