A £1.5m investment from Warwickshire County Council has been used to fund a new engineering facility at the College’s Nuneaton Campus, which opened in September 2011.

Based at the College’s Nuneaton Campus, the new facility boasts workshop space, conference facilities and classrooms, as well as specialist high-tech equipment including CNC machines, tool pre-setters, a 3D printer and a die-sinking system, plus 2D and 3D CAD, which aim to support high-tech engineering training.

Courses on offer

Courses on offer at the facility provide outstanding teaching and learning, and clear progression opportunities to Higher Education and employment. The facility will also put the College in a strong position to provide relevant sector-specific training to those already in employment in the industry.
