North Warwickshire & Hinckley College received a rating of 'Outstanding' in its 2007 Ofsted report - the highest rating possible from an Ofsted inspection. This judgement is based, amongst other factors, on excellent student achievements, exceptional development of vocational skills, and a highly responsive and inclusive curriculum. In addition, they recognised our outstanding pastoral welfare and personal support for students, outstanding leadership and management, and highly effective and beneficial strategic partnerships.

The College was awarded the Investors in Excellence Quality Standard in January 2008. This demonstrates the College’s commitment to excellence. The IIE standard assesses an organisation against various performance measures namely, Leadership, Policy and Strategy Partnerships, Resources and Key Results.

The College successfully maintained Investors in People accreditation in June 2006, reiterating it’s commitment to valuing employees.
Achieving both of these kitemarks demonstrates the College’s commitment to continuous Quality Improvement. They acknowledge the College has embedded frameworks that support Self Assessment and effective action planning.
